Today I’m sharing a really fun gluten free muffin recipe that’s also seed free. We have several members with toddlers who would want more muffin recipes, and we are totally working on it 🙂 Like all of our other top 8 allergy free muffin recipes, these freeze beautifully, so you can plan ahead.
With today’s egg free muffins, the kids have reported that you need to bake these as large muffins and skip the mini muffins. The overall texture is better as a large muffin.
