Can we all take a moment to wish a RAISE Kid happy birthday? This will be one of the first times he has a cake. THIS folks is why we do all of this. The thought of being able to help parents make magical moments for their kids is phenomenal. Every gluten free cake recipe (and more) that we’ve shared just brings me such a smile.

This particular RAISE Kid has a LOT of restrictions… a LOT. In addition to this gluten free, top 8 free cake recipe, we also made a brownie-cake recipe that’s lower in cacao to reduce the histamine load. Overall, there were lots of key ingredients we had to avoid: cassava, flax, sorghum, oat, rice, sugar, and so much more. Yet, I’m happy to present you all with cake!
