I’ve always heard that brownies and cakes are so similar. In fact, I once spent hours reading opinions from different experts on how the two differ. In the end, it’s a fine line in some cases, depending on how you like your cake and/or brownie.
Ever since going refined sugar free for all of the kids, brownies have been a bit of a struggle. I have yet to reproduce what they use to love… until now. If you haven’t seen the gluten free cake special edition recipe, go check it out. This was part of that development, and the kids said this was THE best brownie I had made in a very long time.
Hard truth: I found their words to be so sad because I was going for cake…
Either way though, everyone wins. You Members now have a new cake and brownie recipe to enjoy. Photoed is the brownie dressed up to look like cake. You can watch the decorating video here.
