I’ve always heard that brownies and cakes are so similar. In fact, I once spent hours reading opinions from different experts on how the two differ. In the end, it’s a fine line in some cases, depending on how you like your cake and/or brownie.
Ever since going refined sugar free for all of my kids, brownies have been a bit of a struggle. I have yet to reproduce what they use to love… until now. If you haven’t seen the gluten free cake special edition recipe, go check it out. This was part of that development, and my kids said this was THE best brownie I had made in a very long time.
