We’re back with another elegant recipe. This is something you’ll want to make when you have extra time, or want to impress dinner guests (or you just love cod). When I dream up recipes, this style of cooking and plating is what brings me the most smiles. As many of you know, I’m looking forward to earning a Michelin Star.
