Seared Pineapple & Smoky Cod Recipe

We’re back with another elegant recipe. This is something you’ll want to make when you have extra time, or want to impress dinner guests (or you just love cod). When I dream up recipes, this style of cooking and plating is what brings me the most smiles. As many of you know, I’m looking forward to earning us a Michelin Star.
