Today I wanted to talk about gluten free, but more specifically, when it isn’t good for you. I know, a bit of a radical thought. If you have Celiac Disease, gluten free is the only option for you. That IS the treatment.
I am asked if gluten free is “good for you”, and the answer is always maybe. No two people are the same, and we’re going to talk about the downside to gluten free foods.
