This is a gluten free, refined sugar free recipe that will crack me up for many months to come. So here’s what happened. I make the food, and only two kids are around to give feedback. They love it. No complaints here. Well, our child who I know won’t like the meal proceeds to come home, sample without my knowledge, eat a full serving, and THEN… eat a second stuffed pepper! Saving NONE for The Papa, even though his siblings told him not to do it… Kids…. Anywho, I think it’s safe to say this is a tasty meal.
