Are you a purple cabbage fan? The kids love it when I cook cabbage with protein and today’s recipe was loved by all. Here’s why that’s such a big deal: The Papa hates cabbage. As a kid he had a bad run-in with cabbage and hasn’t been able to forgive, forget, and move on. This purple cabbage and pork recipe may have been the reconciliation he’s been needing for a while now 🙂

For those of you with younger children, you may have fun introducing them to colorful fruits and veggies. In our home, it was purple. When the kids were little, I would always get so excited about purple anything, and the kids in turn were very willing to try something new. And now, on to the recipe.
