If you’re a carrot cake fan, you’re going to love these waffles. The last time I saw the kids grab and gobble waffles this fast was when I made cookie waffles.
Whilst I would personally call this more of a dessert (or dinssert) type of meal, I opted to serve it on a Friday morning. The recipe below produces a very soft waffle which the kids said made it extra special.
