Gluten Free Breakfast Potatoes Recipe (Vegan, Top 8 Free)

Fried Onions & Potatoes by The Allergy Chef

Goooood Morning! That’s what these potatoes shout when they’re served. Whilst I’ve classified this as a breakfast potato, the truth is, you can have these for lunch or dinner as well. It’s very common to find wheat flour in fried recipes as the breading of choice. Around here we do things a little different to make food as safe as possible. It’s important to remember that all gluten free flour is not the same. Sometimes a blend will do the job better than a single flour. Our fried items are also egg free. If you can have eggs, you can always use a more traditional frying method (flour – egg – flour/breadcrumbs).

The kids have raved about these top 8 free breakfast potatoes, as potatoes are one of their favorite foods on the planet. I love the addition of the onion for its pre-biotic content. In the end, everyone is happy. On to the recipe! Note: these were served with the Sun Butter Bliss Smoothie.
