It’s another Waffle of The Month Recipe. OK, so maybe that’s not an official thing, but maybe it should be. With summer here, berries are everywhere. Today we’re celebrating with a lemon waffle recipe that’s sweet and tart in all the right places. As you follow along the waffle journey via your membership, I sure hope you’re getting brave and making your own versions as well. Making gluten free waffles can be a bit tough at first, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be making waffles of every flavor. Like our other top 8 free waffle recipes, these freeze well, and can also have the batter made in advance.
If you plan to freeze your gluten free waffles, allow them to cool, then package them in freezer baggies. Don’t forget to date the container. When you’re ready to use them, thaw on the counter-top. You could also reheat in your oven/toaster-oven but heating times will vary.
If you’re making the batter ahead, store it in your fridge in a container with a lid. You can use the batter for several days.
