Lemon Blueberry Smoothie by The Allergy Chef

Around here I LOVE making smoothie popsicles. It also allows you to add extra servings of fruits and veg here and there in a vessel that screams FUN. At most grocery stores you can find really neat popsicle molds (think rockets) and if not, there’s always online.

Note: For the 30 minutes or less option, serve this as a smoothie.
