You’ll notice that these tarts have the breakfast tag attached, and that’s because they’re great for breakfast. While they double as a snack and a dessert, why not have a great start to a Friday (or Monday) with a tasty treat? We do that a lot around here. It gives the kids the feeling that they had something treat-like, and lets me know there’s no guilt. It’s not like they had a slice of cake, hehe.
