Here’s what makes this mac-n-cheese recipe so incredible: there’s no cheese! As in, no dairy free cheese either!! This recipe is tree nut free (and coconut free), dairy free, and yeast free.
Commercially available dairy free cheese will always contain major and/or less-common allergens. Today’s recipe gets around all of that completely. I’m so happy to share this with you today because when Kid Two ate this, he looked like he had died and gone to Heaven. Once again, he proclaimed this to be his new favorite food… but we all know not to believe that 🙂
