It’s finally here!! I’m sure you all hear me talk about this faux dairy free cheese method, but now there’s a recipe you can refer to, whenever you need. Commercially available dairy free cheese will always contain major or less common allergens, including tree nuts, coconut, lactose, and corn. Today’s recipe will show you how to make a corn free dairy free cheese in your blender.

Now, full disclosure, it doesn’t scream “I am cheese, hear me roar”. Instead is politely says, “Do you remember cheese? Don’t I remind you of cheese??” Either way, this recipe is a true food allergy win in my opinion because it was the first time Kid Two and The Papa could safely eat a dairy free cheese meal together. It’s nearly impossible to get dairy free and coconut free novelty items that meet our needs.

I’ve broken today’s allergy status into two parts, as I want to encourage you to mess around with this cheese as much as possible. Tweak it, change it, enjoy it in every way you can imagine.
