FavoriteThe kids seriously crack me up. I made this delicious gluten free meatball recipe and they were all wishing they hadn’t loaded up on food earlier in the day. They had the look of “I’m full but this is so delicious and I want to eat more”. I think that says a lot about these dairy free cheese stuffed meatballs. If you’ve never made cheese stuffed meatballs before, today is the day to try something new. The nice thing is, they’re SO easy to make. Also, these meatballs are a lot of fun for kids to help with. What’s even better: they come together very quickly. Honestly, I think that’s why I enjoy making meatballs so much.
