The kids seriously crack me up. I made these delicious gluten free bacon meatballs and they were all wishing they hadn’t loaded up on food earlier in the day. They had the look of “I’m full but this is so delicious and I want to eat more”. I think that says a lot about this dairy free cheese stuffed meatball recipe, especially when two of them CAN have dairy.
If you’ve never made cheese stuffed meatballs before, today is the day to try something new. The nice thing is, they’re SO easy to make. Also, these meatballs are a lot of fun for kids to help with. What’s even better: they come together very quickly. Honestly, I think that’s why I enjoy making meatballs so much.
