Today I’m sharing a rare recipe that includes beef because The Papa, Kid Three, and Kid Four all insisted upon it. They said this meal was too good to not share the recipe. For those who can’t have beef, bison is an excellent alternative for this recipe.
On weeks where The Papa will be working outside the home, I take an afternoon to prepare breakfast and lunch for the whole week for him. It usually takes about an hour, and in that time, a lot of salads have been made.
I make him salads because they’re easy to transport, and quite frankly, he likes them. Plus, it also provides a well balanced approach to food when looking at the week as a whole. This meat recipe also pairs well with rice, noodles, and potatoes.
