
Yesterday was another Live Cooking Class, and this time, it was all about snacks. I mentioned these Nut Free Power Balls that needed to be added to website. Welp, here they are.
Power Balls, in my opinion, are very popular these days. My kids absolutely adore the recipe below, and it’s a great foundation for ratios. Give these a try, then go and experiment.
Get wild and add some drizzle as well! If you do branch out into new flavours, some additional items you can include: small pieces of dried fruit, freeze-dried fruit, nut and seed butters, super-food powders, and shredded fruits (or mild vegetables).
