It’s my first official pizza recipe from the pizza oven!!! In case you’re not following along on Instagram, I got a pizza oven (big video review coming for that as well). I. Am. Loving. It. I’m creating more authentic pizzas and they cook REALLY fast because of the high temperatures, and the way a pizza oven functions.
With the pizza oven, I’ve dedicated it to crafting gluten free, dairy free, egg free pizzas that are also allergy friendly, and top 8/9 allergy free when possible. Know that over the coming year you’re going to be seeing a lot of pizza from me 🙂
As many of you know, I get bored just thinking about making traditional recipes, so with that in mind, we’re sharing unique and fun flavour combinations that you may not have thought of, yet, they’re mega delicious.
This particular pizza really draws on the smoke, natural sweetness of the ingredients, and the special tomato free pizza sauce I crafted to go with these toppings. The experience is drop dead delicious. Kid Four hates warm fruit and gobbled this up, declaring it to be her favourite pizza option so far. So, let’s get cooking.
