Allium Free Thin & Chunky Pizza Sauce Recipe (Vegan, Top 8 Free)

Allium Free Thin & Chinky Pizza Sauce by The Allergy Chef

Now that we’re using a pizza oven, you’re going to be seeing a lot more pizza recipes around here. We’re starting by sharing the basics which are sauces, then we’ll be sharing our unique flavour combination pizza creations with you all. Honestly, I’m so goofy silly excited about this.

Today’s basic pizza sauce is tomato based, but allium free. The consistency is close to something you’d find in a commercial product. If you’d like a thick allium free pizza sauce, use this recipe instead.

We’ve used this pizza sauce with a wide range of dairy free cheeses and toppings. Each time the kids and The Papa have enjoyed their slices. One last note. It’s common in commercial sauces to have an added oil. We’ve opted to leave that out of this recipe to make it more accessible.
