Summer Salad Recipe Featuring Peaches & Blackberries

Summer Salad by The Allergy Chef

Summer is here!! We’ve had our annual heat wave (totally was dying) and now we can break out all the tasty summer foods. Summer around here includes lots of salads, ice cream, popsicles, seafood, faux grilled items, and more. Today we’re sharing one of our family favorite summer salad recipes – Pork & Peaches. Now, for those of you who are vegan, simply skip the pork and you’ll still have an awesome summer salad.

What I personally love most about this allergy friendly recipe is that it has several moving parts. If you don’t know by now, I love the challenge of fancy foods and this one hit the spot for me. Well, not literally because I can’t eat it, but you get the idea. So with that in mind, let’s get to making you a fancy fresh salad 🙂
