Spicy Sausage Salad by The Allergy Chef

As you may know, The Papa really enjoys taking salads for lunch. Sausage is an easy way to make lunches and dinners where you essentially have a pre-seasoned meat. For those who can’t have sausage, I’ve also included notes on how to season a ground meat of your choosing.

In addition to salad, this works well with pasta, rice, and vegetable noodles.
