As you may know, I’ve been making a lot of salads lately. Sausage is an easy way to make lunches and dinners where you essentially have a pre-seasoned meat. For those who can’t have sausage, I’ve also included notes on how to season a ground meat of your choosing.
In addition to salad, this works well with pasta, rice, and vegetable noodles.
