THIS IS THE GLUTEN FREE CAKE RECIPE TO MAKE! You know I usually don’t go into detail with backstory, but this top 8 allergy free cake was something I dreamt up one day. It started with the bourbon and went from there. I kept thinking about layers, the look, the taste (or what it’s like in my head) and how it could all come together. Next thing I know, I’m making an amazing egg free cake that I just know you’re all going to LOVE.
A lot of energy went into this one, and when I had The Papa sample it… his face told me everything I needed to know. This gluten free peach cake is moist, rich in flavour, and incredibly delicious. You can make this seasonally with fresh ripe peaches, or anytime of the year with frozen peaches.
Either way, get ready for honestly, one of the best top 8 free cakes I’ve ever made.
