As some of you know, we’ve been trying to include more international meals around here as of late. We’ve been enjoying the process of taking traditional and/or popular meals and finding fun ways to make them free-from.
I looked a lot of different traditional soups from Russia, and this one caught my eye. Traditionally, this recipe calls for barley (gluten containing grain) so I thought we’d give it a go. The end result is a soup that’s rich, filling, and incredibly comforting.
