Today I’m sharing a rare recipe that includes beef because the taste testers all insisted upon it. They said this meal was too good to not share the recipe. For those who can’t have beef, bison is an excellent alternative for this recipe.
I’ve been batch cooking this and making it into salads to leave in the fridge for those who can have it. I’m able to get ahead on meals, and they’re easy to transport. Plus, it also provides a well balanced approach to food when looking at the week as a whole. This meat recipe also pairs well with rice, noodles, and potatoes.
