Alright, gather round for the bad news: we’ve all been lied to. Zante currants are NOT currants. They’re raisins that have been named as such because they sort of look like currants in this form. Like really? Who comes up with these ideas… Anywho. Even though I’m still a bit upset about this, the kids could care less because they said these gluten free muffins are beyond delicious. Even Kid Four who hates dried fruit (especially raisins) was willing to eat several.
