Today I’m sharing a really fun gluten free muffin recipe that’s also seed free. There are several members with toddlers who would want more muffin recipes, and I am totally working on it 🙂 Like all of the other top 8 allergy free muffin recipes here on RAISE, these freeze beautifully, so you can plan ahead.
With today’s egg free muffins, the kids have reported that you need to bake these as large muffins and skip the mini muffins. The overall texture is better as a large muffin.
