Gluten Free Breaded Chicken (Salad) Recipe (Top 8 Allergy Free)

Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Salad by The Allergy Chef

I love how easy and versatile breaded chicken can be. If you’re looking for more ways to incorporate salad into your life, I would encourage you to find a protein you love, and mix the two together. I started doing this sometime ago (see the Summer Salad Recipe) and the kids took a real liking to it. It was really hard to get them to eat salad before that. It also doesn’t help that they’re rather picky when it comes to salad dressing.

What’s even better about this recipe: egg is not required! You won’t need eggs or other major allergens to make this breaded chicken at home. Now, let’s get cooking.
