It’s another play-on-curd recipe. A traditional curd relies on egg which is problem if you are egg free or vegan. Well, it’s not a problem anymore. With the magic of an arrowroot slurry, we’re going to have something that resembles curd and can be used in all sorts of dessert recipes.
