Today’s allergy inspiration is all about sharing an elegant dessert tart recipe. I personally feel it’s SO important that the food allergy and special diet community see that there are an unlimited number of possibilities when it comes to food. I’ve never been good at “can’t”… If someone says I can’t do something, I have to do, just to prove a point. In a round-about-way, that’s how I feel about feel food allergies. It’s as if the body says you can’t, and I must tell it, “oh yeah, well watch me.”
With that in mind, I’ve been studying elegant tarts as of late and have finally taken the dive to start making them. This I’m sure will be one of the first of oh so many tarts that you see in the Allergy Inspiration series. And remember, all of our tarts will be gluten free and vegan, and of course, safe for many. Long live the tarts!!
