Dairy Free Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Dairy Free Creamy Tuscan Chicken by The Allergy Chef

I’m sure some of you have heard Tuscan Chicken and wondered, what is Tuscan chicken? The answer is rather simple: it’s a recipe that has an origin in Tuscany, Italy. The recipe usually features sundried tomatoes, garlic, chicken broth and/or heavy cream, and sometimes Parmesan cheese. Many recipes also call for Italian seasoning which makes sense, given the origin of the meal.

Today I’ll show you how to make a delicious dairy free creamy Tuscan chicken that’s hearty, family friendly, and ready in about 30 minutes. You can serve this as a component with sides, atop pasta, or even with rice. This recipe has been absolutely loved by the kids, and believe it or not… they enjoy eating it with tortillas and/or taco shells.

Note: before making this recipe, you’ll need to have shredded chicken on hand. You can use chicken breasts or chicken thighs. I opted to use a simple shredded chicken as to not overpower the recipe, like this Easy Shredded Chicken Recipe here.
