So…. I may like these better than nectarine fruit leather GASP. They’re really good, and the texture is something else. There’s a softness to this fruit leather that’s just incredible. If you don’t have a dehydrator, fruit leather is a great excuse to get one. Check out the Appliances in My Kitchen article if you’d like to see which one I use (along with other neat tools).

I make it a point to test different tools, so you’ll know if it’s necessary or not. In the case of making good and consistent fruit leather, a dehydrator is an absolute necessity.
