Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan, Gluten Free & Corn Free)

Chocolate Chip Cookies by The Allergy Chef

I made this corn free chocolate chip cookie recipe late one night, and had the kids try the cookies, thinking they may be so-so, especially since I didn’t use ingredients they’re use to in their cookies. Turns out, I was WRONG. In fact, Kid Three has declared these to be his new favorite cookie and dessert. He seriously wanted more. I thought he was messing with me (as I always think) but alas, they were all gone the same night I made them. So, gather round, and enjoy a new take on chocolate chip cookies!

Eating corn free, and all of the other frees can be really tough sometimes, and let’s be honest, there are nights where you just want (need) a cookie. On these evenings, cookie dough shall suffice as well. Keep this recipe handy, as it can totally meet your (corn free) cookie needs.

2019 Update: There’s a Newer Version of The Cookies Here.
