There’s an old favorite corn free cookie on RAISE that I decided to update. This corn free cookie recipe is oil based and has the potential to help even more people with a few tweaks, and they’re here for you. These gluten free cookies are incredibly easy to make, and oh so delicious. Additionally, they’re top 8 allergy free and people who CAN have allergens loved them too. THIS dear friends is exactly what we’re all about. Creating delicious recipes that include everyone at the table.
The best part for me: you don’t have to use the chocolate chips!! As some of you know, I’m allergic to chocolate and find the taste to be awful. Being able to make some with chips and some without was the perfect fit for our family.
Oh, and did I mention, these are also grain free, Paleo, and AIP Paleo?! Ahhh!! Does it get any better? Corn free cookies here we come 🙂
NOTE: This is also filed under The Allergy Chef Favorites. I take mine without chocolate chips, and use safe-for-me brands of the ingredients listed.
