Let’s face it, living with food allergies is HARD. However, it’s considerably more difficult if you’re living with a less common allergy. Now, for those of you with a sesame allergy in the United States, it’s gotten MUCH easier to navigate over the last few years, and will continue to do so. In other countries, sesame has long been classified as a major allergen, and will hopefully be the same in the US soon.
