I’ve been told (once again) that these are the best waffles I’ve ever made. This time, I’m inclined to believe them because they were requested several times… by The Papa. Now, we all know he’s not in love with gluten free waffles, so the fact that he’s personally requested double batches speaks volumes. Honestly, I’m so proud of these gluten free Apple Pie Waffles. I love that we were able to create something that’s top 8 free, vegan, friendly to so many people, and simply delicious. I won’t take up anymore of your time. Let’s get into the recipe.
