Don’t let the photo fool you: these scalloped potatoes are fantastic! I will share this: the dairy free recipe below is also top 8 allergy free. We also opted to keep it mega basic, so this is more of a foundational recipe. You can add a range of spices and herbs to your sauce to completely change the flavor profile (suggestions below). You can also add a safe cheese if you have one, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, and all sorts of other toppings.
