Sweet Butternut Squash Pizza Recipe (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Butternut Squash Cooking

Fall has really arrived. It was cold last night. Yup, summer is gone now. We were all huddled around the stove this morning… perhaps it’s really winter? That’s the joy of living in this area of the San Francisco Bay Area – we have summer (10 – 15 days a year), and not summer.

Today I’m quite excited to share with you a fall inspired butternut squash pizza recipe!! Pizza, in my opinion is one of those meals that’s so incredibly versatile. Although making an allergy friendly pizza can take some creativity, it’s totally worth it. What’s even better is when a gluten free, dairy free, egg free pizza is loved by everyone in the house.

It seems to me that fall represents a few things in the food world: pumpkin, peppermint, mac-n-cheese, and comfort. Did I miss anything? This recipe ticks two of those boxes, and for those of you that like trying new things, I know you’re going to enjoy this one.
