It all started with a question: are there any pickle recipes on RAISE? One sweet and wonderful member asked, and that spark was all I needed. We’ve been making all sorts of pickling experiments around here since. It’s funny and strange to open the fridge right now as there are homemade pickle jars EVERYWHERE.
I’ve decided that easy fridge pickles are the way to go for the kids, so that’s what I’ll continue to share. You may also notice that I choose to use not-so-common flavour combinations. I do this for a few reasons, but at the end of the day, I want your pickles to SHINE.
All too often free-from foods are bland which can lead to diagnosis resentment and food ruts. I want to make sure that doesn’t happen in your kitchen anytime soon.
