Each Friday morning, I’d make them a better-for-you Frosty knockoff featuring banana, ice, non-dairy milk, and a few other things.
Today’s dairy free, top 8 free, delicious chocolate smoothie pays homage to the tradition. I’ve been told it’s like amazing candy in a cup. Here’s the best part: there are vegetables in today’s smoothie!! A few years ago, my friend Krysten at Krysten’s Kitchen did a video of her smoothie one morning, and she used frozen veggies.
