I don’t know about you, but I looovveeeee Sloppy Joe! At one point, I even made up this crazy back story to tell the kids about how it got its name, and well, they love good ol’ Joe too. Corn free Sloppy Joe can be hard to come by, as most sauces contain corn. Let’s be honest, corn free recipes can also be hard to come by. In this case, you’ll notice everything is from scratch. I eliminate the use of pre-made sauces to ensure a corn free recipe.
I personally like to pair this with a carb such as homemade garlic knots, homemade bread, or homemade waffle bread. It’s just SO good.
