In sticking with the chicken nugget theme, I wanted to give you a different option that’s closer to Shake-N-Bake, but still has that playful nugget vibe in a finger-food sort of way. This gluten free chicken nugget recipe is incredibly easy to make, and you can prep your chicken in advance.

When I make a large purchase from Costco, I set aside time to pre-cut and weigh chicken breast, then freeze it in baggies in sizes that we’ll use. It makes a meal like this EVEN faster because you shake, you spread, you pop the tray in the oven, then kick back. Or deal with kids/life/house stuff.
