“Wow. I’m surprised this is kale. It doesn’t even taste like it.” Need I say more? Kid Two told me this and I knew I had something great 🙂 Part of what makes this recipe incredible (in my humble opinion) is that the ingredients are allowed to work together and shine. Everyone ate their kale and date chicken with a smile. It even tastes good cold (The Papa took leftovers for lunch). This recipe is featured in the Kid Four Special Menu Series (week 2).
