Today I’m going to be showing you how to make easy gluten free crispy fried shallots. These little flavour bombs add not only an extra pop of tastiness to your dish, but also an added layer of texture. Anywhere you’d like to break things up (think mashed potatoes), fried shallots do an amazing job. Additionally, fried shallots pair well with a lot of base flavours and proteins.
