These corn free, gluten free, vegan apple pie cups are so delicious, and freeze beautifully. I’ll show you below how I like to make mine. The best part is that weeks from now after you’ve put in this work, you’ll find yourself thinking, it sure would be nice to have some apple pie. Then, BOOM. You have some without doing anymore work.
Batching is also necessary in my opinion to bring down food waste (no apples sit for too long) and to take advantage of seasonal safe options. For those who are corn free and/or complex cases, I’m sure you know all too well what seasonal prep/batch cooking looks like. Now, on to the pie!!
