The kids have been eating gluten free Taco Boxes for ages. Kid Three absolutely loves the beans in this recipe, and I’ve been known to use them in other applications as well 🙂

Fun Fact: A “box” in this case refers to a plastic storage container that fits in an insulated lunch box.
