Easy Gluten Free Dinner Recipe: Pork, Walnuts, & Peas

When the kids were younger, this was one of their absolute favorite dinners. I would rotate serving it with pasta, rice, and zucchini noodles. Remember, not every meal you serve needs to be overly complicated, Instagram picture perfect, or require 4 hours of your time.
