I’m really excited to share this Greek Lamb Taco recipe with you all today! A while back, we had a new member request more international meals, and we’re in the process of doing just that. With today’s taco recipe, we looked at the less-common allergens you may find and opted to eliminate them. The end result is an incredibly delicious taco that transports you to Greece, and is safe for many to enjoy together.
For those who can’t consume lamb, bison is an excellent substitute. We like The Honest Bison for corn free people. North Star Bison also has a great product.
If you’re not in the mood for tacos, this lamb recipe pairs well with rice, salad greens, and pasta as well.
